30-Day Return Policy

Your purchase of the TravelGoChair come standard with our 30-Day Return Policy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of the TravelGoChair , for absolutely any reason whatsoever, simply complete the RMA form and notify us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once you have received the RMA, you may ship the product back us.

You will be issued a refund on your returned product after we have performed a full examination of the equipment. We inspect for any damages, including dents, scratches, chips, dings or overall wear and tear of the wheelchair while in your possession. The refund issued will have the cost of any damage deducted from the refund total.

You are fully responsible for shipping and handling, including shipping insurance, and are held responsible for lost shipment or any damages occurring during shipment. Shipping and handling is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you received FREE SHIPPING (which is a $115 cost) when you purchased the TravelGoChair, that shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total.

Policy Outline

  • The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Shipping and handling is NON-REFUNDABLE
  • The TravelGoChair must be returned (shipped) back to us within 30-days from the date of when you received the order shipment
  • Any damages having occurred while in your possession will be deducted from your refund total, unless otherwise noted
  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns of the TravelGoChair

Additional Statements

  • Replacement parts may NOT be returned
  • Accessories may NOT be returned unless they were part of a promotional package deal with an TravelGoChair power chair.
  • TravelGoChair wheelchairs being returned MUST be shipped back in its original packaging (including 2-inches of foam lining) when the wheelchair was shipped to you after purchase.
  • You must complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and receive proper approval before we can process your refund. The RMA form must be submitted to us electronically. Once we receive your RMA form, we will e-mail you with the following details:

  • We will not accept any returns to our warehouse without prior RMA approval. Without prior RMA approval, absolutely no refund will be issued. Any wheelchairs returned with a bent frame will not be issued any refund.

Order Cancellation

  • If you cancel your order prior to SHIPPING but after processing of payment, there will be a cancellation fee of 6%.
  • If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation shall be treated as Return with all applicable fees.
  • Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above – including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.

Before You Return

  • Ensure the product is clean and has no damage on it.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee as we do not sell used items.
  • Ensure that the product is in its original packaging, if possible bubble-wrapped, with no missing pieces
  • Ensure that you reach out to our team within 30 days of receiving our product either by phone or email.
  • Our support team will provide shipping instructions and a return authorization number for your reference

How long does is take the battery to charge?

About 4-6 hours to full charge (from no-charge).

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Yes. We ship internationally using Federal Express Economy Air Service. We have special rates. An example would be shipping to certain parts of Europe for as little as $400.00.

How will I know when the product will arrive?

When we ship, we provide a tracking number via email. If you do not have an email address, we will call you to provide the tracker number by phone.

Can I use the TravelGo scooter indoors as well as outdoors?

Yes. TravelGo scooter can be used as both indoor/outdoor personal mobility devices.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment.

  • All major credit cards
  • Debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard symbol
  • Money orders or cashiers cheque
  • Wire Transfers and E-Transfers
  • Personal cheques(The product will ship after the chequeclears)
Do the TravelGo Scooter have a FREE-Wheel function?

Yes, It can be pushed when needed.

How long does shipping take?

We ship it by courier. Once shipped from our London Ontario location it can take up to 5 business days depending on the destination province.
